Question 4

How is cleaning pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on square footage, the type of cleaning (residential vs. commercial), frequency, and any specialty add-ons such as floor waxing, window cleaning, or move-in/move-out detail. We provide upfront flat-rate proposals after a quick consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

Question 5

What cleaning frequencies do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules for both residential and commercial clients. Prefer a custom cadence? We can build a plan around your hours, traffic, and budget.

Question 6

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our crews arrive with hospital-grade, eco-friendly supplies, HEPA vacuums, and professional-grade equipment. If you prefer we use specific products already in your home or facility, just let us know and we'll accommodate.

Question 7

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many of our recurring clients provide secure access and return to a spotless home. Our vetted, uniformed staff works with the same care whether you're present or away, and we communicate before and after every visit.

Question 8

Can you clean after hours or on weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For offices, retail, and commercial facilities we routinely schedule after-hours, overnight, and weekend service so your business operations are never interrupted. We coordinate access and security protocols directly with your team.

Question 9

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind every clean with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address it at no additional cost. A quality walkthrough checklist is provided upon completion.

Question 10

What should I do before the crew arrives?

Accepted Answer

Simply pick up loose personal items, clutter, and valuables so we can focus on cleaning surfaces. Secure any pets if helpful, and let us know of any areas you'd like prioritized. Everything else (supplies, equipment, and the elbow grease) is on us.
